Dejligt at se.
The weather forecast predicts storms and unsettled weather from Monday to Thursday, with strong winds and thunder starting on Monday and around 40 mm of rain. Therefore, it might be the last day with proper bathing weather since the plan is to slowly head north on Wednesday. Kenneth's last summer day was spent on a golf course (which we found yesterday), but unfortunately, he didn't get a chance to play with anyone. Nonetheless, it was probably nice for him to swing the clubs again!
When dad plays, the kids must play too. They chose an hour of trampolining before spending the rest of the day swimming in the pool. Even though it's still warm and sunny, the wind has started to pick up. We found shade for a few hours in the middle of the day, but otherwise, it was relaxation, games, and pool time for the rest of the day. Kenneth returned and joined in the fun. All in all, during our trip, Georg and Naja have surprisingly played very little with the other kids. It's great that they have each other, but we had hoped for some interaction with different foreign children too. However, on this campsite, there are more Germans (again), and here they managed to play together across different groups - both on the trampolines (in the photo, Naja is explaining something in Danish :-)) and at the pool where they had a water fight with the water cannons. It's nice to see.
We cooked with the last leftovers and then started the big packing up, so we're ready for the storm to come! It's amusing to look around at the other campers: some, like us, were running around in the dark, putting in extra pegs and setting up tarpaulins, while others probably thought, "it's just going to be a bit of rain."
